Our Vision
The ethics we always wanted to retain was to pass on as much of their knowledge as they possibly could to everyone wanting to start in the extension industry, excellent and on-going customer service & support, good value for money and make extensions affordable for as many people as possible (training, wearing, fitting etc)
They (and their staff and customers) feel they have achieved this and retained it throughout their rapid growth and huge increases in raw material prices and we as a company will continue to follow these ethics over the coming years which you will all benefit from.
Hair Rebellion was started in March 2008 by Samantha Green who with the training team collectively have over 30 years’ experience in the Hair & Beauty Industry, many of those in teaching.

Hair Extensions Training
The Hair Rebellion is the UK's Number 1 Hair Extension Training Provider. Our courses are intensive, yet enjoyable so all trainees go away feeling confident and happy with their new skills. All of our courses are supported by our exclusive 'e-learning' to ensure that trainees receive as much practical tuition as possible on their training day. We hold hair extensions training courses throughout the UK in the following Hair Extension Methods:
Fusion Bonded / Strand by Strand
Where the hair is cut from a weft or taken from bulk hair and the glue/keratin is applied by the technician using a glue gun or pot and applied to the hair strand by strand
Micro ring/ Copper tube
The pre-bonded hair comes in an I-tip or stick tip (looking like a small shoe lace) is fitted with no adhesive using pliers to clamp the ring to the client’s hair.
Micro ring weft
The hair extensions come as weft strips that are placed in horizontal rows against your scalp. Small sections of both your own hair and hair from the extension weft strip are gently pulled through micro rings which are then squeezed shut, holding the weft of hair extensions in place.
Prebonded
The prebonded hair has a keratin tip in a ‘nail’ or ‘flat’ shape and is applied to the hair using a heat connector. The bond is then rolled into the client’s hair as in fusion.
Shrinkies / Shrink Tubes
The pre-bonded stick tip hair is fitted in a similar way to micro rings but using a shrinkable tube. You apply heat to the tube which then shrinks to the hair holding it in place.
Weaving
cornrow braids are positioned across the clients head and wefts of hair are attached to them using weaving thread, Predominantly used in the care of afro-Caribbean hair, ‘Weaving’ or sewn in wefts have many other uses and benefits.
